Hello - If you are on this page, we may be a lot alike – we love to find classic cars for sale! Spending a few hours checking out classic cars for sale either online or at a classic car show is always fun.

Buying an antique or classic car today is tricky, especially if you are buying a rare car from long distance. Over the last few years, classic car values have gone through the roof, and so have scams and fraud.

Many companies specializing in car auctions require minimum seller proof that the car is authentic. In many cases on some of the really rare collector cars, a specialist needs to disassemble some of the car for accurate VIN decoding.

The good news is that there are classic cars for sale almost everywhere. That is also the bad news. You could spend a little for a project car for a restoration or a lot, depending on the seller’s mood, what they think it’s worth versus how various value services (which can have huge variances!) rate the car. Also, many cars found on the classic car classifieds have little or no documentation.

Working with professionals is the answer. Since you can easily pay close to $100,000 for a 100% perfectly restored 1955 Chevy Bel Air with complete new old stock (NOS) parts, how can you be sure of what you are getting?

We need your help!

We at Your Dream Car Finder have been working hard for the past year building a network of quality classic car dealers, private sellers, appraisers, restoration experts, along with shipping, insurance and financing professionals to make find your dream car easy and safe.

We want your feedback to make sure we have covered the bases on our classic car location service.
